Aynya House Aynya, which means "Inspired Emergence", is what living in this house is all about. Located on Dickey’s Cay across the Harbour (150 yards) from the main town on Man-O-War Cay, this million dollar plus cottage sits on an acre of land stretching from the Sea of Abaco to the Man-O-War Harbour. This is a wonderful house with large rooms, great views and privacy, yet just a short walk to town. The house is newly constructed by local craftsmen featuring hand-made cabinets, doors, benches and walkways. The inside is entirely cypress with tile floors and ceiling fans throughout. Aynya sleeps 4-6 people in two air-conditioned master bedrooms. It also features an upstairs convertible great room with large windows, sliding doors and a full bath for 2, along with a bunk-bed room for 2 additional people. Included is a private boat house, sleeps two in bunk beds with private kitchen, bath and air-conditioning. Total occupancy is 10-12 people with plenty of space. Additional amenities include a private fresh water pool over looking the Sea of Abaco, a fishing gazebo also on the Sea Of Abaco, and a protected, deep water (5’) dock on the Harbour with sun-roof (see on map) Rates
